1. Product Information

We offer both standard 3D-printed products and custom/personalized products. Prices and product descriptions are clearly stated for each product on the website.

All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated, and are displayed in euros (€).

2. Custom Products

Products that are custom-made based on the customer's wishes or specifications (such as personalized designs, logos, or functional prototypes) cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.

We ask customers to carefully check the specifications when placing a custom order.

3. Returning Standard Products

For standard products, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt, provided the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

The costs for return shipment are for the customer's account. The purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship our products within the Netherlands and, if applicable, to other countries within the EU. Shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout.

The estimated delivery time depends on the complexity of the product. For standard products, we generally use a delivery time of 2-5 business days. For custom work, an indicative delivery time will be agreed upon.

5. Maintenance and Material Information

Our 3D-printed products are made from various types of filaments, including PLA, PETG, ABS, and more. It is important to maintain the product correctly:

• PLA products are not dishwasher safe and should not be exposed to high temperatures. Clean by hand under cold to lukewarm water.
  
• Other materials may have different maintenance requirements. If in doubt, please contact us.
  

Improper use or maintenance may lead to damage, for which we are not liable.

6. Warranty and Liability

We guarantee that our products meet the specifications as described on the website. A warranty period of 2 months applies to manufacturing defects.

Please note: damage resulting from improper use, drops, impacts, or water/heat damage is not covered by the warranty.

Orders must be paid in advance via the payment methods offered on the website (e.g., iDEAL). For business customers, other arrangements can be made upon request.

10. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements between PrintyStore and customers. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where PrintyStore is located.
