Conditions for returns

• Returns are only possible after approval via the contact form.
  
• Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
  

No returns possible for:

• Custom orders or personalized products. This will be clearly indicated.
  
  As these are made especially for you, they cannot be returned. However, we are happy to help find solutions.

Refund

After receiving and checking the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.
